Since winter barely hit over here in Chicago my car went into hibernation mode and for me that means get to work. since im an active member of my car team, we have a lot of shows to attend including the kansas meet. So i have to step up my game a little lol. Here are the mods i got planned.
- rv6 hfc's and j pipe
- rv6 strut bar
- form and function type 2 coilovers (my h&r lowering springs will be up for grabs soon)
- custom audio set up in the trunk for more space
- replacing interior speakers for alpine components
- lightweight pulley
mods i have recently done.
- polished throttle body
- painted engine cover
- custom catback exhaust (vill0169 old setup with new tips)
I will post pics as progress goes on.
I've already been working on my fiberglass box so here is how far i got.
making the mold
mold is out after some drying
test fitting the mold with the speaker ring in place
after wrapping with fleece, now just ready for a layer of resin.

^^^ Guys, the National Meet will happen this year! It will be in late May or early June (possibly June 9th & 10th). Last year, it was the first weekend of June. I'm shooting for that again this year. This helps avoid college graduations, Mother's Day and comes before Father's Day. Besides, it's not too hot yet in KC!
Dude, it looks like Spring Fever has hit you early-nice work.

Engine bay looks great! I love how the strut bar matches the pieces on the engine cover and the oil cap.
What's the sticker on the battery cover? And sorry but the Mugen badge
