i want to do the same (getting fog lamps), but i want to put them on the opposite side, on the edges of the outside edges of the air dams. I want a factory look though, post pics of the fog lamps off so we can get a better idea of how they fit the grill

interesting look, two different fog lights in the bottom grille...
hate it honestly, looks extremelly aftermarket and sorta distracts me... as far as when they are on, I like the blue ones... they look like a good match to the OEM HID's.. hope you didnt spend alot on this..

Thanks. I actually got pretty good deal. I paid $110 shipped from this guy on ebay. Retail normally costs around $241. CATZ Chrome XLD with Oval Gold Driving and Chrome Blue Round Driving.
The blue one actually looks really nice with only the headlights on. White color and follows with bluish color on the bottom part.
I changed my stock fog w/ pure yellow fog. When I turn both fogs on: aftermarket and stock, the color is a bit blend, but very very bright, much brighter than with the stock fog only. Also, you prob get better view during fog season since it aims right near where ur bottom bumper and the bottom part where your HID aims at.
How's SD btw? I used to live by the Stadium on highway 15. Those apts by the hills.

i don't like it either...
its just not placed in the right spot.... honestly, there isnt a really good place to put aftermarket fogs... just doesnt sit well with the shape of the bumper and grill

The one thing that I do like is how you placed the lights behind the grill. No doubt this will help protect the lens. My friend had a set of catz lights and they went to shit in about 6-8 months due to rocks and other debris during daily driving. I personally prefer for the lights to sit at each corner of the bumper. But to each his own. Good job though!! I got an idea or two!!!

Thanks for the comments. My first plan was to cut the grill and have the fog lights fits in there. Well, just like what russdaddy said, they will go to shit sooner or later. I also want to make the fog lights not to obvious for thief and have a clean stock look. If I sit them on the corner of the bumper, I think I won't get a good wide aim on the ground and also I will interfere the stock CAI system.

The reason why I installed the fog lights over there in the first place is because if you take off that grill, you'll see a bit of area where you can actually mount your fog lights. The largest area is where I mount my fog lights. Well, I need a larger area because my fogs is double fogs (two housing each, one blue and one yellow). Also, I don't have to cut anything, basically just drill and done. I just had my blink sidemarker done this past weekend. I think the light output is bright enough, just as bright as when the lights is not blinking. Need4speed wrote the direction in detail, but I think I did it a bit different as my drawing didn't really match his.
