First Pics - 04 TL

She's 100% stock for now. Spent all day Saturday detailing her, did a few minor maintenance jobs.

I tried to avoid the front of the car. The bumper is a hot mess. The most awful paint match I've ever seen and they obviously didn't sand it first - the paint is flaking off everywhere! Can't wait to kit her up so I can trash that front bumper!

Looks clean =)

Is there a gap between the passenger tail light and rear bumper?

Almost. Still need to figure out what's making my VSA and /!\ lights stay on, change out the manual trans fluid, and get to the cabin air filter. After that - it's on like donkey kong! Hmmm...go or show first?

Love the color. An ASPEC kit looks really good on RRP.

That's pretty sad about your front bumper. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the body color listed somewhere on a sticker or something in the car? Seems like it shouldn't be that hard to match colors. I hope that's not too costly of a fix.

It probably is - but whoever had the car before me didn't take very good care of her. I don't think I'm getting it redone - probably one of the first things I'll do is get a kit.

Negative. Was thinking more along the lines of a K-1 full body kit. I haven't had time to do much research, but definitely looking at a full kit.

If you're looking at a full kit, do the Ron Jon kit =)

It's gonna rob your wallet though.

Yeah, you can compound/buff those headlights without a problem...
AND, I will make this suggestion since you sound like you're not afraid of some modding...the BEST headlights I've seen on a 3G TL was a red one like yours...where they opened up and color matched the inside of the lights...gorgeous...and you'll have your bumper off anyway to fix it so you can do it all in one shot!

Nice color! Sounds like your ready to mod! I agree with Rockstar on the headlights, JNC (headlight guy here on Azine) is the guy who has it done on same color TL.

I'd go for looks first. Maybe Aspec then suspension and then start working on performance.
