finally.... the custom WDP a-spec pics you've all been waiting for!

i know alot of people have been wanting to see what the front and back end would look like painted like this. i love it. i think that matte black is soo dull. this really spices it up. anyways, it was a crappy day and im no pro photographer but take a look and lemme know what you think. and yes, i already know my plates arent blocked... that becuase i dont got photoshop. look me up if ya want and pay a visit for all i care!

and yeah, you can see the difference in my bumper colors just like most WDP's. its in the shop getting repainted under warranty as i type. that bothers me sooo bad!

This is absolutely beautiful.
I'm at a loss for words right now... wait I jus got some words or rather questions. Where did you get the paint job done for the skirt and the grill? I was thinkin about doing the same thing to my NBP for the skirt.
I love the look.

I like it except for the grill. I would have left that part.

The back looks cool.

Not feelin it personally.....kudos for going for it though!!

Looks too white with no contrast (but I guess thats what you were going for) for my taste.

Note....if you look at the Versus Motorsports back end...it is basically exactly this....unicolor A-Spec back end. I like the contrast of the opposing colors though. Anway....good job at steppin out man!! Definately unique now!

I'm on the fence about this one.

It seems like the top half of the car doesn't match the bottom half. You have some black that adds contrast towards the top of the car (front - hood grill with Acura logo, back - license plate area), but the bottom is just white. Are you planning to paint the hood grill and license plate area white too?

Still not sure if I like this look over the original, but I commend you on doing something different. Yours is definitely different.

Love the color WDP, the same as mine. As for the painted grill? um....I'd rather leave it or just chrome trim the middle strip while leaving the rest black because once a rock hits it, you'll definitely see the paint chip. Body kit....Very nice. Side markers...Super cool.

I don't think it would look good in any other color except on a white car. You defenitely did awesome job though. It really looked unique.

I'm not feeling it but it does look nice. It would look 2095722435827493598 times better if the unpainted portions are carbon fiber

I agree with TL CHROMETIDE i think it would look a super duper a gillion times better if the black pieces were carbon fiber... not really feeling the all white. I think the black kinda contrasts it well, especially since you have your windows tinted.. but hey , now if you paint the grill and everything white you can change your license plate to "SNOFLAK"

if your gonna do all that you might as well paint the inside black part of your grille and around your rear license plate too

I like everything except the air dams being white. I think some contrast there would've been nice.

I too agree, the shape of the original tail pipe is perfectly shapped for the housing of the back bumper, why change it . It now looks very Civic/Accordish. The original tip also looks meaner.

You have a good taste for color though and very smart too; very cool for parking in the direct sunlight especially in the afternoon.

You posted on these forums, so you wanted our opinions... Here you go..

Well I'm going to shoot you honest...

I give you two

Wayy to much white, you can see the reflector bulb in your headlights, and the exhaust sticks out at a wierd angle. I like the kit, I prefer the stock a-spec body lip, but it's your car and I hope you enjoy it.

You did get the 6 speed though

i asked acura about just doing the stock tips and they said no way. the tips are connected to the muffler, therefore, if i want to do my own custom cut and weld job, id have to buy 2 whole mufflers from acura for like 7 or 8 hundred. sorry but i aint payin that much for 2 tips!

anybody got any ideas on what rims i should go with. i got the original gunmetal a-specs (for sale by the way. pm me if interested) but me and curbs are like peanut butter and jelly. i fixed them up for the most part but theyre not flawless. i want some brand newbies! seen a pic on here somewhere where dude got some nice chrome wheels on a WDP. chrome goes against everything i believe in when it comes to imports but the shit looks hot and im an 'outside the box' kinda thinker as you can tell when it came to the paint job. i was also thinkin about the lightly polished chrome look a-specs on ebay. it would match my grill perfectly. ANY OTHER IDEAS?
