Just thought about this but seeing the navigation unit boot up it says "Satellite Navigation" something that only the 04-06 TL's would say. After that in 07-08 it doesn't say anything, just goes to the nag screen. When you replaced the rear clip did you use the DVD unit form the black car? My guess is that you are using the old DVD/Navi unit in the rear that does NOT have the input from the camera even though the plugs may appear the same. Hopefully this solves the mystery my friend.
