Question - do you keep your camera in the car sometimes? I've thought of doing that sometimes, but wasn't sure if it would be bad for the battery or not. As a result, I typically don't have it with me to take impromptu shots.

 

from what i remember, and john correct me if i'm wrong, he had his DSLR surgically implated into his brain and he can take pics with his eye lids. *blink*blink*

seems drastic to me, but hey i'm no pho-tog.

 

I do like to keep it in my car a lot, but if it gets really cold (below 20 degrees), I'll keep it in the house. Those things are pretty robust though, they can handle some pretty harsh conditions. Not sure how cold it has to be for it to start affecting the internal moving parts of a DSLR, but I'm sure it's a lot colder than 20 degrees.
