haha, so I got bored today and me and my buddy decided to see how low these accord coilovers go.
put the 5zigens on so i wouldnt rub and its sittin pretty low haha
camber in the back is pretty effin sick i must say, it rides like ass because so little of the rear wheels are touching the ground and my exhaust is about 2 inches from the ground at the lowest part
where did my tire go?
look! a stock TL driving by and lookin how dumb my car looks!
i will be rasing it back up very soon, just wanted to see what the D2's can do!

i could've sworn you were on 'bags.
thats pretty freaking low, those coils have a lot of adjustablilty. Now how high can they go?
just wondering, can you turn at all riding that low?

Haha, okay to answer yalls questions in no specific order
1-Location- Winston-Salem, North Carolina
2. Type of coilovers- D2 for an 03-07 accord, they have the same mounting points, all you need to do it drill one spot in the top where the upper joint is under the hood, this means you lose the stock strut bar, but greddy FTW!!!!
3. offset on 5zigens- +45
4. No rubbing issues
5. Major exhaust scrappage haha
6. I desperately need camber kits and to raise the rear just half an inch or 3/4 of an inch.
7. I'd love to go to Hawaii, whose trying to fly me out there, oh wait, i should be there in december for free already
8. and ecliptics, i can drive it just fine, as long as there are no dips in the road hahaha
9. the highest they can go I am sure is above stock ride height probly
the ride on these when they are not slammped this much is effin amazing, i have them on about setting 14 (out of 36) and it is almost as good as stock, i just like being able to feel the road a little more
another fact about riding this low is, without camber kitts, your car just floats around the road because only like 2 inches of the rear tires is touching the ground haha
i believe its safe to say my camber in the rear is about 5-6 degrees negative
i love the way it looks, just not too fond of the way it owns my exhaust, and it actually rubbs just a tiny bit (barelyyyyyyyy) when i pull into my drive way because it drips just a tiny little bit and i have to turn the wheel almost all the way to the right, but im sure i can get around that and it wont rub.
keep some comments going! and if anyone has any camber kits for sale, please let me know, or would i have to get 03-07 accord camber kits for it to work??

I gave VIS a little call, it was not listed on their website when i ordered it, and i knew they had one out because other members on here had it, so just give them a call and they do a great job! their customer service was outstanding with me and my hood came in within 4 days, well it would of been 4 but they couldnt get it to my house because no one was able to sign it so i got it on the 5th day!

Are those the coilovers you got?
But obviously the one for the 03+ like you stated?
So you drilled a hole in the stock strut bar you mean and thats it?
Thanks.

i am not exactly sure which hole was drilled because i was at work when my buddies put it on (yeah i trust them that much) haha
but there are too many bolts in the way to run the stock strut bar. and the EDFC, it covers a little area where the top of the strut bar goes, Eric, Accurtien, he cut his i believe when he first got it, so he can give you more insight on that part than i can.

i will more than likely be getting a new strut bar within the next two months, i am set back a little after buying new wheels (not shown in pics) and the tires and coilovers all within like 2 months or so haha
but man, if you have any other questions just keep them coming, and if anyone is actually reading all this, and i am wrong in anyway, please someone help me out! haha
thanks for lookin so far man

Some 18 X 8 Konig Flilights (i think thats the name haha idk to be honest) with Nitto Neo-Gens 245/40/18 and the offset is +35
and the specs on the wheels i got now are 5Zigen GN+ 7.5 inches wide in the front iwth brand new Nexen N3000 225/40/17 and the rears are 8 inches wide i think with also, brand new Nexen N7000 245/40/17 and they have an offset of +45
i love the way the 5Zigens look but as shown in the pictures, they are just too small but hell, i can slam the piss out of my car with these on there haha
