a couple pics of the comptech drop

just a couple pic's of my baby with comptech springs. I wanted to be a little lower but in all I'm happy.

Just waiting for some warm weather to install my rooflip. Then after tax taxes or if my cl sells it's rim time!!!!!!

eh, I friggin hate how the back sags slightly, it would make me self consious about sitting anyone in the back seat, I've seen comptech springs with koni yellows look perfect

but, then again the rear sag is noticeable in pictures, I didn't see the sag yesterday when you rolled in

Clean and simple for now until you get your rims. You need to get the ATLP exhaust because I can't see your stock exhaust tips.

my koni and Eibach setup is sweet.
not too harsh and not too soft, but the dampening can be adjusted to make it softer or harder and can be raised or lowered as well.

def gotta get the twins together again. Fitment still isn't PERFECT but after 2 hours of installing something that should take about a half hour, I quit for the day.lol. gonna play with it some more to see if I can get it PERFECT. The length is good just the curve of the roof causes the ends to stick up alittle.

My friend owns a shop,he painted it. you def gotta play with it and I heated the lip up abit to soften the plastic. I think if I reinforce the ends that stick up the fit would be perfect and by making it flush hopefully it'll free up a 1/4 inch so the ends will actually meet at the corner of the window.....

lemme ask you this, you used the supplied double sided tape ? or purchased something else?

is it strong enough to hold? do you think it will be damaged if you try to remove it?

Overall, are you happy with the purchase? i know fitment isnt 100%, but its also not a very expensive piece

I didn't get any tape, I used the shop's.It seems pretty secure,I took her up to 100+ and she held strong. Removal shouldn't be an issue.(maybe just leftover crap from tape/glue)

I think with some more time, heat, and a stronger adhesive i can get it 99.9%.It's just those ends kill me. overall, I can't say lol, sometimes I look and love it but at times those ends piss me off. I've gotten nothing but compliments but I'm anal so we shall see...........
