Why not just buy the a-spec WITHOUT the body kit?

I happen to hate the body kit now. I have it on my car - and it is just constant problems with it. The gaps, the fr. pass. door scrapes agains the side skirt (dealer attempted fix once) going back this week...

It looks good, don't get me wrong - it adds a little bit of sporty look but still keeps the class of the car.

I was hoping acura would have done a better job with the R&D before releasing it.

Its not the bodykit and I agree with Jerky and it is the installer there. I had the same problem with mine so I brought it back to Acura. They basically used a heavy duty doublesided tape and that got rid of all the gaps. Plus I never had any problems with closing the doors and hitting the side skirts. So bring it back to Acura until they fix it properly.

Ravi, I have comptechs too, I have slight negative camber as well. When I had the dealer do an alignment a few weeks after my install, they pointed the camber out, but said it wasn't within spec and did not require a camber kit.

Well done! The car looks great. Considering the A-spec 18's myself...as I can't find any othe 18's that fit over the brembos, look good, and are price right.

???

It is OUT of spec, and did not require a camber kit? If it is out of spec, you need a camber kit...

Negative Camber is good, no?

I may be wrong, but when your car is at rest, you should have negative camber.

My old BMW 540 6-speed was quite noticable but driving was just fine.

Reason being that the negative factor disappears due to 'spirited driving' giving you better grip than flat as a pancake feel.

My alignment now shows a tad negative camber on all four wheels (within spec)...

Without the rear camber, one rear was right at the specification limit, and the other was a full degree off (and the alignment report showed it as red)...
