Check It Out...comments Highly Appriciated

Hey guys well im pretty sure alot of you have seen pics of my car that ive posted and commented and said a few things about my tips...I ended up comming up the new 997 Sports tips and just finished installing them on my car.... Tell me what guys think about it now?
BTW alot more picture are going to be posted up later on tonight. THANX

I think they fit the slot well, but stick out too far. Can you adjust them?

Not a big fan of round exhaust in a square hole. rest of the car looks great though...


resize the pics and post some up in the color threads...



EDIT: after reading phestos post I realized it was the first pic with the new ones. the duals look pretty cool..

Sharp looking car. I like the new tips. They seem to fit the opening quite well. Are the tips off a Porsche 997?

the quad look is awesome......did you weld the tips or do a whole new catback??

^^ look at the before and after again.........the quads are his new exhaust.The round ones looked out of place.

Sorry guys i came home after the sun was out...Check the thread tomorrow morning and ill have alot more new pics put up...THANX ALOT for the comments...
BTW the tips in that pic do look a little too sticking out but the way i did it came out PERFECT... i have a few more pics for you guys to judge. once again THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS.

like the car......but i think the tinting place did not go over your brake light on the rear windshield. might want to bring it back to the place

Nice rims and the mesh and chrome accent piece look good too...the quad look would be sick...if only someone came out with a quad outlest exhaust tip with the stant style cut (similar to that of the stock tip) to follor the curve of the rear bumper

Ok i got Costum Piping installed with Magnaflow mufflers and then the tips got em off the new 997s. Got this entire kit installed on RESEDA AND VANOWEN in the valley.(RESEDA)

Yeh..your car is looking clean..so i guess you are officially the first one with a 3rd gen with quad tip exhuast installed? ..i guessing those porsche tips cost you a few extra hundred right?

exhaust sticks out too much. From straight on, it looks ok, but from any other angle, it looks uuuuuugly.

Take a sharpie, draw a line following the curve of the rear bumper and then remove the tips...and bologne cut the tips just inside the line you made with the sharpie








J.k.!!!! but seriously it would look better of the tips were slanted like stock exhaust and not a straight cut

ur car is SOO CLEAN and nice take it to the acura dealer and show them how it;s done great looking rims clean looking cars doesn;t need fogs + side mirror lights and QUAR muffer haha u sure don't need a TL-S lol urs more like a "TL-RS" lol

damn, with those tips our car looks even more like an audi a6. add an a-spec rear and they look almost like twins.

wow, i honestly wasn't a big fan of quad tips on TL's till i saw yours. awesome job! looks perfect.. i like the way it sticks out.

Those quad tips actually looked good ... I'm getting use to that look now ... hmmm ... has my head wheels spinnin' ... think I could cut the tips off my Comptech and then had stanless steel quad tips?

The tips r from the porsche 997s...the wheels r RPMs 505. I just came up with the craziest IDEA ever EVERYONE ill keep u guys posted once i actualy start working on it...FIRST 2005 ACURA TL TURBO!!! Oh btw the exauhst sounds like an exotic car AMAZING SOUND lol...THANK U FOR ALL OF YOUR COMMENTS. Hopefully ill see u guys all at the car meet comming soon.
