ATLS_666 Intro/Progress thread
Been on this site for just about a year now so thought I would make an intro thread.
My TL isn't thing too fancy its mostly OEM with minor upgrades:
This was my previous car. H22 accord with about 350,000km on the body and I don't even know how much on the motor since the previous owner didn't even know. I owned it for 3 good years:

and the day I picked up the TL. 08' NBP 6M:

First time at the car wash next to a random GTR, just to be clear, I was there first and he parked beside me
:

Owner was cool enough to let me snap a pic of the inside:

Now here is my inside after a thorough cleaning:

left vent before Qtip treatment, right vent after:

So basically my plan was keep it bone stock but that didn't pan out too well, my first mod was the roof spoiler:

Then I said it probably won\t be a bad idea to finish off the Aspec kit:

Then I said hmm, I think it would look better with some wider tires so ended up getting these:

After putting the tires on, I didn't like the jacked look so picked a set up:

Wasn't feeling how recess the wheels were so of course:

Nothing too crazy this was after lowering, I mainly just wanted to close the wheel gap:

At this point the mod bug just took over but I still manage to keep it tame, however I can slip off the wagon at anytime:
Stage 2 exhaust:
Befores:

Afters:

Debadged:

and this is how it looks as of today, thanks for looking:

Really slacked off on the updates. Just a couple Iphone pics of my latest look.
These are my
first
set of wheels and I have to admit that after I adjusted the coilovers, I had a perma-smile for a good half hour:
Just took a quick snap in mid detail....

and a couple basking in the sun.....

So glad I went with 19s!

Thanks Kk
Thanks for the kind words. Ground to fender for the front is 25"
And for the rear its 25.25". However I'm going to raise the front a quarter inch and lower the rear quarter inch to make it F/25.25 and R/25 because there is now a vibration in the front since i lowered it.
I can't answer your question on which suspension I prefer because I never got a chance to try out the S.A, however I'm glad I went with the basis because of price and ease of adjustment. I really have no reason for dampening.
Couldn't agree more.
The waffles are unique for sure. One thing I like about the RJs is that no hub rings are required and they clear the brembos by a mile.

know what the other awesome thing is? That you can only sell those wheels to Honda guys. (maybe someone with a toyota will buy them because of the smaller hub than honda)

just joking it's not my house fellas
