ATLP Installed
Happy monday guys,
I got my ATLP system installed last Friday (11/1) at a local shop in Toledo and wanted to show everyone a few pics! It was the non-res catback, metal cat, and J-pipe. I've had the system since May but didn't have the time to install. I was finally home for a day and figured it was the perfect time.
I was really fearful after reading through the forums the last few months about drone entering the cabin at freeway speeds. I'm very happy to say that this apparent issue isn't a problem for me. The exhaust is definetely loud, but not very intrusive unless you step on it. I have a subwoofer installed as well, so that does a good job masking some of the noise from the exhaust at freeway.
Anyways here are some pictures. I'm really sorry but I do not have a video and won't be able to take one for at least another month. This vehicle is in storage and I do drive it more than once a month. Next project: coilovers!
Lastly, if you're looking for a top of the line system that will really set off your Acura, I highly recommend working with Heeltoe automotive. Marcus was very honest about when I should expect the components delivered and supplied some good recommendations (metal cat v race pipe etc). Cheers!
