Thank you guys!

I was just checking size between led and door handle cover. There's not much space for led on door handle. Looks like a lot of dremel work..
By the way, this project will start on mid of April. I don't have time to do any mod till then.

I got my 2nd tint yesterday!!! I couldn't stand with tintless window... I chose 35% all the way around this time. It's not dark as 20%, but not bad. I like it.

Very nice!

I went to Driven Dynamics as well for the tint on my old TL. I may visit them again cause my Type-S is also an NBP but it came with 20%..way too darkfor VA. I'll probably go with the 35% like yours. They did a great job on my old TL; BTW did you install moleskin?

Nice TL!

Thanks man!!! Yeah they did great job! Honestly, i really like 35% tint more than 20%. It looks good!
I'm gonna install moleskin when i tackle door handle led mod. I have to pull door panels. So i just wanna do it at the same time. I'm going try not to roll down windows until then.

@ steven I just saw you changed updated date. I appreciate it sir!

What's up guys!
I won't be able to drive my car for 2-3weeks.
so i decided to do some work done on my TL.
Here are lists. I hope i can finish them sooner.

1. Door handle led
2. Remove coilovers and put silencer rubber and clean them. They are pretty dirty. There were little noise when i go over bump and imperfect road condition. I inspected all and i decided to try these.
3. Repaint front calipers and rear brembo covers
4. paint front grille and rear chrome bar NBP
5. Headlight mod. ZKW lens, little tweak on shield and paint some parts. refinish lens.
6. Tail light mod. still thinking about this...
7. v1 rearview mirror.
8. custom steering wheel. It should be here next week.
9. Clean exhaust system.
10. paint covers under the hood. This is maybe...

Here are some pics of my TL w/powdercoated Advan RZ. They were on my car for about 2weeks. They are up for sale now.

and here are work progress pics!

Rear coilovers. I haven't removed front yet.

Color match? pretty close.

now they are clean!!!

That's all for now. It's gonna be busy month!

Awesome work man! Amazing!

I would love to stop by one day and see some of this stuff in person since I'm local to you.

Let me know if you're free one day or if you need a hand!

Btw, did you buy the v1 rear view mirror in the BM from a guy in MD as well? If so that came off of my car from the previous owner

Q.

It's little pricey. I paid $419.00 shipped.
Combination of Black perforated leather and black alcantara
Added 1/8 padding and black stiching.
Here's link. http://www.dallascustomsteeringwheel.com/
Do you remember me? Any mod done to your Type-s?

Thanks quan!!! Yeah let's meet up sometime soon!
I want to see your TL in person too! My car is still on jackstand though...

For v1 rearview mirror, i did the integration amd had it in my CL. I transfered it to TL.
A kid was sitting back seat in my car and he threw toy. You know what happen... It hit rearview mirror... I have to redo it now. I was so pissed... Oh well, it's part of the life i guess..

Henry right? Yeah I remember you and your clean NBP TL-S How were the HFPC, notice any gains?

No, no mods unless you can help me install the SS! I did finally get that loud ticking taken care of (valve adjustment).

Hope to see you and your TL-S soon bro!

Kind of random, has anyone used Carid.com to custom make their steering wheel? I was also going to go through with doing my type s wheel into CF.. that wheel looks great also.

Looks like their location is NJ.

I did little progress. Painted front grille and rear chrome bar NBP. I think it came out nice. I did 3coats of plasti dip, 2coats of primer,3coats of NBP base color and 4coats of clear coat.

Before apply clear coat. Just NBP base coat.

After clear coat

Look at blue flake!!!
