I decided to keep current username. I might change my mind later~
I have little update!
1. I removed my tint due to repair order. This sucks...
2. I also received H&R spacers. 15mm for front and 20mm for rear. Both are DRM. I can't wait to put them on!
3. I replaced all interior light bulbs for white led.
Last one is door handle led. My fiancé has 06 BMW 325i and it has door handle lighting from factory. I loved that look when i saw it first time. I've been thinking this mod for a long time and i finally pulled trigger.
I ordered 4 for each door. I hope i can tackle this mod soon.
Now i have clear window... and white interior led bulbs
H&R spacers
BMW door handle light led
These will be back on May.

Let me know if you'd like a different User Name. Now I can change those for you.
Everything looks excellent. I've VERY anxious to see your door handle LED project. I wouldn't mind doing that mod too.
You'll love the wheels/spacers combo!
I've updated the date in your thread's title for you.

Thank you Steven! I appreciate it!!!
I'll contact you if i change my mind or come up with good one!
For the door handle led, I'm still waiting for another 2. I ordered total 4 for each door, but they sent me only2. They are on their way though. They should be here this week.I can't wait to do this mod!
I've never put any wheel spacers on my cars before except 5mm one. That's not a big deal.
I was little worried about these kind of spacers, but i decided to try them and pulled trigger. I think it will look good.

I ordered them from bmwpartsunlimited.com
I think its not cheap for led, but i love them everytime i see my fiancé bm. It's $38.88 ea. I also wanted reliability. That's why i bought OEM parts. She hasn't had any issues with them for 8years now. So that proved for reliability to me.
It's gonna be little slow progress though. Because of wedding and buying a house.
I'll definitely make those meet for sure. I couldn't make greatfalls meet due to upcoming wedding and buying a house. Those meets are after wedding so i'm good!!
Thank you sir! I'm really exciting! Stay tuned guys!

I don't think it's complicated. Here's my plan
1. I know i have to remove door panels first.
2. Take measure actual LED and cut door handle cover follow that measurement to fit led.
I checked both bmw and tl door handles. I have to mount led more angled inward. Cause bottom part of TL door handle cover is angled upward unlike BMW. BMW cover is pararell to the ground. If i follow tl cover line, led will light up straight to ground. I don't want that. I want them lit up to actual body panel.
3. Route wires and wiring for power.
That's it for now.

Yeah it shoud be srtaight forward job.
I'm thinking make DIY on this. I was gonna make DIY for v1 mirror when i did mine, but i thought about that after the job done. Of course i only took a few pics of work. That's why i didn't make DIY thread. I'm gonna take pics of all work this time and make DIY.

Thank you sir!
Thank you!!
The shop is in Gathersburg. Classic autobody. It's bodyshop, but there's a guy who does powdercoating.
classicpowder.com
I paid $110.00 ea. I know it's not good price, but the place is closest one from my house. There's another one in whiteplain, but it's an hour and half drive. I think it was almost 2hours when i went there to get some work done few years back.
Twisdit also got his cr-kai done from classicpowder not that long ago.
I'm not sure how I missed this thread! Nice TL!
If you don't mind me asking, where do u get your powder coating done and for how much? I remember a whole back I was looking to get some wheels done and couldn't find a reasonably priced place in the DMV for the life of me!
