AM with blacked out roof, Sarona roof spoiler, and JnC headlights with Angel eyes!

Hey guys,

I have been working on a couple of mods, let me know what you think about them...

Here is a pic of my blacked out roof and sarona roof spoiler, i think it looks pretty fresh

Sarona Roof spoiler from the side... I think it looks good cuz it goes with the windows, Although I am having a hard time getting the sides of the roof spoiler to stick...

another close up, and yes that was bird shyt, the basterd took a shyt right before i took the pick.

now for the JnC headlights:
Blacked out
Angel eyes
ZKW lense upgrade
Bulb upgrade
Switchback turn signals

Sorry for the crappy pic's, the problem is I don't know how to take a picture of headlights when turned on, but I will try again this afternoon and do my best but here are some decent one's...

This picture was taken with JUST the Angel eyes one, I can't figure out how to take a proper picture, becuz non of these do them any justice...

So I will post some better pic's tomorrow or something, but let me know your opinions on the blacked out roof, sarona roof spoiler and the JnC headlights, thanks

From the looks of it im guessing you didnt shave down the sarona? also looks like you used 3m tape cause it looks like its stitting kind of high.

i just installed my sarona. took me a good 2-3 hours shaving it down and i used window weld to stick it to the rear windshield. also i had a prob with the sides but when i installed it i taped it down with painters tape to hold it in place for the window weld to dry and stack like 6-7 heavy books on the sides so that it would stick when the window weld drys up.

+1. That's what I had to do with my ATLP.

OP, Looking good, but as stated, take some pix from further away.

Thanks man, it's painted. I did have Di-Noc CF but it was WAAAY too dificult to install.

yeah, becuz of my laziness, I get a nice collection of pollen and tree seeds from my sarona (easy to clean, but still) but it still looks good.

are you refering to the roof and roof spoiler?

I should thank you for the insperation though, when i first started looking for headlight modifications on acurazine, your headlights were the first ones I saw (think it was back in 07?) you had blacked out the housing,ZKW lense upgrade, added angel eyes and did the switchback LED turn signals... and thats exactly how I had JnC made them for me, so thanks

But anything I can work on to make it flow better?

The Di-Noc should've been easy to install! I did my vinyl overly in matte black by myself, without pre-cutting haha Just give me your a-spec and I'll install the di-noc on the roof LOL

I have been seeing alot of cars with it, like the M3 comes standerd with a black (I think CF roof) and also mercedes does it as well. i think it looks really good on light cars, although sometimes difficult to notice.

wow, and I thought they had horrible service, i want to change it but I don't want any cheezy autozone thing, I probably get on for Pro-Spec since they have been handling all of my services.

good job Bayam0n, but they're still close uppp!!!!!!!

this is the only one that shows the whole car and how everything flows.

now you need some from the back, showing all your cool new mods!!!

I'm kinda interested in the rims without the lip and the rivets. I'm looking for some c63 amg wheel replicas.

Looks nice, OP! I've heard of some folks with black roofs on an AM, but I think these are the first pics I've seen. I might have to add that to the mod-wish list.

They are Ron Jon's Devotions type 3- forged.

heres a link http://ronjonwheels.com/devotiontypeiii.html

I'm taking my car out for a desperate wash today, so I'll make sure to take some more pic's of the recent mods, especially the headlights (my favorite unique mod), and I'll try to take some more shot's from further away, so you can see how the car looks.

I'm in Brookline... the pic's are taken at my friends place in Jamaica Plain. I go to Quincy ALL the time, have you heard of Pro-Spec? they do alot of JDM work, and they always have EVO's, camero's, suburu's outside their shop, and that's where I get most of my stuff done. The cop's haven't done anything yet, which is pretty weird considering that I've been rolling around with JUST my halo's on ever since I got them( ALOT of my friends and ppl from the block tell me "it looks menacing" and sick) and I go to braintree mall alot. what about u?

Yeah, we def need to start a meet, I'm loving that silver type-s. As for pro-spec, I've gotten mixed reviews about them but It's not like I'm going over there with a SC, just simple stuff like the halo set up and rims and stuff.

Nice ride Bayam0n!! I remember how excited you were when JnC finished your headlights. Hopefully I can get mine taken care of by August.

Are your halos connected to a separate switch?

And can you post a rearview pic of the ride? I have a wing spoiler and would like to see how the ride looks with a roof and wing combo.
