OK....I took some really bad pictures-I couldn't wait. But it's not like you haven't seen an Aspec Kit on a Type S before.....

Brembo Covers-still drying/setting up:
Tried to shoot a picture of the USR switchback sidemarkers. They are white when not engaged:

Dude, I saw them and said, "Damn!" They would look nice-I would not be excited about pulling the bumper off again though. I hope they fit on top of the OEM's.

Clean...as...hell. That's awesome bro. Very nicely done. Gotta say the base Aspec retrofit onto the Type S bumper is an awesome addition. And you should definitely get those CF outlets...in fact, I need to check those out! LOL! Just when I thought I was done modding...

Looks awesome Steven! And to think yesterday I almost bumped your thread to ask where the updates were! I'm liking those white sidemarkers too, those are probably in my future eventually.

Thanks guys!
I'm really considering Marcus' carbon fiber inserts. By the way, I just checked on the Brembo rear brake covers. It looks like they held really well, so I'm excited. I'm headed out for lunch today, so I'll take some daylight pictures for you.
I know it took a long time for me to get the Aspec Kit, but I just couldn't get around the bulky front lip and the hump over the foglights. But thanks to KJ's install, that put me over the top on this.
I don't think the Type S has looked better than it does right now. So I'll get some Glamous Shots (as best that I can with my limited photo skills) during lunch and post them this afternoon. That way, you can also see the Brembo covers on the rear brakes.

Yes, I took the Type S out for lunch for the first time since we put them on-so far, so good!
LOL.....no! I told Anil-no more mods! Besides, I still like the Type S wheels. To me, those wheels still say Type S!

Dude, you are right. I like the front Base TL lip MUCH better than the Type S Aspec Lip. That's what's been holding me up for all these years. I waited so long that I almost couldn't get all the Aspec Kit pieces-they've discontinued them in ASM. I got lucky though......

Steven, how did I miss your build thread!?!? Great great great progress!
I feel like I need to become a mod now just to give YOUR thread progress updates!
Love the spacers and red and silver theme...and especially that you're a Dos Equis man (amber?).

^^^ Thanks Jeremy. I'm really loving the way she looks now. I've got a CAI short ram on the way this week. Anil and I will be installing it along with fixing the LED in the headlight on the driver's side over the weekend. As long as those rear Brembo covers stay in place, all is well.
I was thinking today-just make this a Day 1 Build Thread. I was looking over some of my early pictures on PhotoBucket.......

Careful with that intake brother...next thing you know you'll be getting the jpipe, race/test pipe, & cat-back exhaust lol! Definitely do that pulley if you get a chance though...well worth it. That's probably my favorite "go" mod outside of my ATLP base exhaust.
