Definitely a chop... 
Look at the middle section up top where the roof meets the trees...it is blurry there. Tell tale sign of a chop....the pixels are "smudged"
However, very nice job indeed with the chop!

chopped for sure, the wheels are stretched, and if you look at the far right of the pic... its been smudged

King of Pain, you are correct sir, I only sent my friend from overseas (who is off from school during the summer) a couple of pics of my car since he wanted to chop something different for shits and giggles.
I thought it looked kind of strange and 'cool' at the same time!

Took me 3 sec to figure it out, look at the wheels, notice where the calipers are? and how they look identical front and back...............
nice work tho, I dont know who would spend the money on making the TL into a limo tho.
