CF works on black and if you're doing the black on white theme, otherwise, I think you made the wise decision.

Quality double sided tape (3m) will be more than enough to hold it. As for theives, if they really want it, a few bolts aren't going to stop them (and they likely wouldn't know they were there until they damage your whole trunklid and spoiler).

I'd rather have them take it than break it and/or fuck up my trunklid.

Love the size but I'm not a fan of how chunky it looks at a glance.
Same height/overhang but slimness of the kb1 would be tits!

I might just fab my own to get what I want...

I do...
I know when you're old, instead of taking viagra you'll just make your wife a fiberglass composite penis that you mount to a fast pulse linear actuator. You'll embellish the size a little, of course, and then insist to her that it's an exact replica.

Pretty sure.

That wasn't a very hard piece to wrap. Although there are some strange contours. The problem I had with that was the lower lip, right above the steering column. I didn't use any glues so in the heat that 'corner' would start lifting up. But it's kinda tucked behind the steering wheel so you never notice it.

Cutting the holes in to look decent and making the mounts was far more difficult than wrapping it.

But it looks good man I'm glad someone on here can enjoy it.

Just a heads up for those purchasing the Carbon Fiber CSL spoiler - get it sprayed with an additional layer of clear - Mine is starting to cloud on the rear, and I'm now considering whether I just want to go ahead and get it color matched along with the HIC roof spoiler that's on its way to me.

"A note on the carbon finishes

Heeltoe's carbon parts are finished with a clearcoat and polished to a perfect shine! However maintaining carbon finishes can be a challenge. Heat may yellow the resin, and oxidation can cause the finish to become cloudy. We recommend caring for bare carbon stored outside the same way you do with your paint. Polish and wax regularly!"

According to Heeltoe.

I have no idea as to the quality of the clearcoat, but it fogged awfully quickly for my taste, and on the bottom part of the spoiler that doesn't get any sun no less.

Man that is not good, that should of not fogged up that quickly, specially with not seeing that much sun, you should contact Marcus, I would be pretty damn concerned too spending that much $ on a CF CSL.
