The car is actually dirty, the wheels were put on last thursday, but these pics were taken on Saturday, I did a whole of driving so that is dirt and brake dust.

Ok, I can see the color difference with the kit and the factory paint and in all honesty, it looks pretty tacky. Have you looked into getting the paint blended with the other body panels? It would be a better option than painting the entire car IMO. Seeing these kits installed is really making me think twice about buying one now. I LOVE the kit, but I dont think I would be happy with the two tone paint. =\

Its impossible to color mat6ch something from across the USA without the car in front of you. So in a case like yours were you don't want to risk a mismatch, you can have the kit painted locally as you would with any other kit. We only offer this option for those who want it. Besides black matches perfect, as does ABP, but lighter colored cars are very difficult to work with, and the Pearl / metallic flakes just throw everything off. angles have alot to do with it too.

are you referring to the line on the doors? is that a mismatch or is that a shadow? cause its running across the doors and i dont think that is the skirts?

Its like when you get your car repaired at the body shop... They will normally fade in the newer paint to the other body panels and hood to blend the color line. Wouldnt they do the same on a body kit? Just makes sense to me. Other than the paint issues, the kit ROCKS anything else that is out there!

Which dealership did you see them at? I wouldn't mind taking a look at them in person.

CTL,

Question... how's the ride on the 19s compared to 17s or 18s? I've got to change my tires (and will do rims) next spring, so I'm curious if it's a lot harder or it's still comfortable.

Still comfortable, does not feel any different from stock really, maybe a little stiffer. The Falken Azenis' I got are really nice.

BTW: Some higher res pics. Notice only at the rear is the paint off. The side and front are near dead on.

cTLgo, after looking at these pictures you really have to get the rear bumper repainted and have them blend it in, it really is off. The rest of the car looks hot, I think I would take off the headlight film as well, and leave the headlights stock or get them cleared or smoked, but the film definently looks cheap cut with the exacto knife method..

You may, but I wouldn't. You can't even notice its film on there in person, 95% of the people think the headlight is like that. It doesn't look cheap in person as it does at certain angles in the pics

As for the spoiler, if they were interchangable, I'd give the lip a try, I think it would look great as well. Can't change now though

Update

Got some things changed (parts repainted), lower grills now black, Acura grille painted Anthracite, removed the smoked film on the headlights,
may put it back on, clear them or wait for Type-S headlights... And of course cleaned her inside and out!

Winter Mode revisted:

New Front End:

Devotions back on:
