I was bored yesterday so I decided to go out wash and clean my car 100% follow by wax, The car is bone stock except for 35% tint, so I hope these pics won't bore you guy out.
I decide to clean the exhaust tip since the previous seem to be a woman who didn't take good care of the car.
before the cleaning
After cleaning with some elbow grease and water (no polish chemical was use)
And the aftermath of the quad pipe
Prep engine bay before cleaning
dirty
Clean
raw and sexy just the way crab man like it
all clean and now all of the cover are back in place

^^^thank you, the rim has zero curb rash which quite surprise me when I test drive the car, the rims and the carfax history record is the only reason why I bought this TL.

thanx, as of today she has 61,400 miles on the clock, I bought it when 59,394 miles about three months ago.
after 6 hours of cleaning and waxing, I am happy with the result. I couldn't get a MT because my wife has hip problem which prevent her using the clutch pedal and she needs to use the car some time for the baby also. At the time I bought the car I could get my hand on a NBP TL-S MT with similar mileage and price but I choose this one instead for the family.
thnx.
I went out for a drive today and I found my buddy TL-S with rivalable color , sorry for the resolution because it was taken with an iphone 4 with zoom in.

Believe or not originally I wanted an NBP or KBP with two tone interior MRP is my 3rd choice of color.
I don't blame you, everyone love KBP but when I am looking for a Type S KBP is sitting at least $3k above every other color with similar mileage and condition.
MRP Type S so rare that even the guy with KBP Type S in the later pic asked me "is it custom painted?"
I just use plain water and micro fiber rag to wipe clean the engine bay. During summer months I always use Meguiars car wash soap product to clean the detail every car belong to me . After that if I have extra time I will trying to applying a thin coat of wax to make things shinier a bit.

I just got some free time tonight and decide to update the blog to my thread enjoy the pics.
X-mast of last year santa decide to pay me a visit, it happened right on the night of 24. I am some what pissed off but half happy, piss off because people can't drive for shit and happy that the bumper will get respray.
Interior shot prior leaving CT.
My new addition to the family.
that engine is the real candy of the car.
all of the cover goes back on after full details on the engine bay.
added LED license plate light from V-LED.
my lexus still brighter with the LED board.
I switch all of the cluster bulb into white LED since I hate that amber orange in the IS. Notice the CEL because bad Charcoal canister, new part is $550 I will wait on that no rush.
before
after
driveway full of lexus.
my brother GS Sport design after quick wash.
the car now has 82,680 miles on the clock with 3rd and 4th pressure switches to do next then brake fluid flush along with ATF drain and refill. I had my friend remove the 35% tint and apply 5% because Texas heat. BrakeMotive all around and LED for looks only other than that the car is stock as I try to promise since the day I got her home.

Your pics and even the last pic of the KBP TL really highlight the car's good looks. I've had my TL for a year now and I still can't get over how much of a beautiful car it is, despite its age.
