I know everyone has different preferences when it comes to catback exhaust but majority prefer..(1)Atlp ...(2)comptec...(3)eccelerate..(4)greddy ....Espically when runnig jpipe and cat deletes......I know eveyone is wondering what's the object of this thread ? To find sexiest and quiets of all...

is excellerate exhaust for base Tl tips round like greddy"s? Not feeling the round tips at all. But getting Atlp or even excellerate requires aspec lip +paint gets a bit pricey. Just wish someone would create a god exhaust tip for base Tl with no mod needed

 

go with the comptech, you'll be happy with it. With the pre-cats, J pipe and 3rd cat delete, it'll keep it at a moderate level. The ATLP may be a little loud once you get past 3K RPM's, and the greddy speaks for itself.

think it's possible to cut off tips and get a muffler shop to weld something close to stock on the end?

I love my resonated Comptech setup, paired with a J-pipe there's hardly any drone in the cabin.

 

really appreciate the inputs guys don't want to beat the topic to death , but also don't want my girl beating me to death for wasting almost a grand and letting the car sound like a ricebucket............So decision is been made and comptec might not be the sexiest but according to everyone comptec definetly is the quietest , which is more important to me......

Well theyre all good exhausts. I chose ATLP because of the look and sound. Its da shitt! I dont think I could have made a better decision. Although Greddy would have been a real close second.
