What's my likely power production?

Curiosity is eating me alive. I'm probably done modding for the time being. May get mounts when next service interval comes around but that won't be for a little while, and so I'm wondering...what's a good guesstimate for power production with my set up? 07 Type-S 6 spd., AEM V2, XLR8 j-pipe, Dynamx 24215 resonator, deleted & straight-piped mid-muffler. Loving the way she sounds right now, but have I really gained much? I know any guess is just that, a guess, w/o going to a dyno or other more scientific testing - but I also know there's some guys on here who can take a pretty darned good estimate. If I recall correctly the cars were rated 286hp/256torque out-of-the-box. Mine's got 140k and had a pretty easy life. Never taken to the strip & owned by an older gentleman who probably never saw redline for its first 96k. Think I'm at 300hp or so?

No, not even close to 300 hp.

HP ratings are measured to the SAE standard - which specifies flywheel ( Crank) HP,not to the wheels. The right way of knowing, is to dyno the vehicle before modifications and after the modifications were done. Intake, J-pipe and a custom made exhaust system, maybe 10-18 HP gained, but there's no real way of knowing what you gained, due to your exhaust setup since its not a dyno proven cat-back system.

Is the XLR8 j-pipe a "3rd cat delete" if yes, you got the 4whp from that mod and then you are at 300-302 crank hp with your current mods, I have done plenty of before and after dyno test so you can gauge some of your parts gain vs my test on my 08 TL-S M6

I get what you're saying but, "not even close to 300 hp",...isn't 286 'close to 300' to begin with?

A stock 6MT Type S makes around 250 whp SAE on a Dynojet. Probably picked up around 15 from the J pipe and intake. PCDs and Flashpro would tie things together nicely!

The advertised Hp and Tq numbers are from the crank, not from the wheels. When you dyno the car, its rated to the wheels, not to the crank. As Anx1300c said, type-s normally puts down 250 hp to the wheels. Doesn't mean they all put down the same numbers. Many type-s put down lower than that (stock). My statement is still firm, not even close to 300 hp. I know a little thing or two about what these vehicles put down with what bolt on mods and force induction. I can tell you i'm boosted and have been down the path of a dyno a few times. To hit 300 to the wheels, you need more than just an intake and exhaust on the type-s.

My Setup:
RV6 V3 Long Tuber header with Custom X Merge
Rv6 True Duel Exahust
RV6 HFPC
AEM V2 Intake Tube with Weapon R Secret Weapon Filter
PNP Intake Manifold by Gerzand
PNP Intake Runners by Gerzand
Bored TB by Maxbore
And here is the Kicker and where you will get power J35 heads with Stage 2 Bisimoto cams just with the heads and flashpro and mild exhaust work my friend dynoed at 285 WHP on a base automatic
With this setup on my 6spd I will be looking at 330-350 WHP
