Update - swapped in a 3.7 MAP sensor and did not help at all, as some may have expected.
Got a shiny new 3.7 TB on Monday and it has greatly helped the bucking problems. I started off putting the 3.5 MAP in the new TB (haven't put the 3.7 in yet but will probably swap today. I wanted to give it a couple days first).
Overall letting off the gas is much easier now. I can also roll between 0-1% throttle in 1st gear without the car deciding to buck like a mofo. and I can typically ease off the gas pedal without nothing more than a slight shudder that I can really only feel on my foot.
Dom has a good idea in playing with the fuel cutoff delay - stock is 70ms and with Flashpro mine is tuned to 40 ms. I'm going to increase the cutoff delay a bit to see if I can completely alleviate the jerking.
I've also played a bit with voltage on the 3.7 TB but haven't noticed a difference (only loosened the screw about 1 full turn).
I'd say overall just replacing my bored 3.7 TB with a stock 3.7 TB fixed 80% of the problem.
