I own a stock 04 TL and am looking to do some inexpensive fun mods. Does anyone have suggestions? I have lowering springs I still have to install. I was thinking cosmetically replacing tail lights and side markers. Thanks.

 

Remove the mid muffler, that will be fun and under $100

On my previous TL, I had switchbacks and rear LED turn signals, but I had to wire in a resistor. Not very expensive, not very hard.

 

If you want to mod your rear lights and markers in an inexpensive way and save money for additional mods you can go to an outdoor sign supply warehouse and get translucent adhesive films in many colors and opacity. Here is a shot of mine after 5 years in Cali weather.
