TL-S muffler to base TL conversion?

If i were to snag a couple of 07-08 TL-s mufflers w/tips...would they be a simple bolt on for a base 04-08 TL? I want that quad look lol!!!

they are a direct bolt on, BUT!!!, you have to take the garnish off your rear bumper exits and slightly cut, to make them fit.

Guys im just curious does the TL-S actually sound any different than a regular TL? I know the older previous gen TL's there was zero difference in sound. I have also driven and listened to 07/08 TL-S's pass me and they are 100% silent just like the regular TL.
Hopefully no one would be doing this as a performance or sound mod as there is no difference. They do however look very nice and just for the look I think is worth the change.
