Compared to, gasket matching some runners is nothing lol

Yeah, because you've done it before.
No...you've just read it's really easy. You try first!

I've worked with rotary tools enough outside of automotive stuff to have a good idea (in my opinion of course). I don't think its "easy" per se and does require some precision, but I don't think its extremely difficult, and the runners are magnesium so there's no extra material concerns like there are with the 3.7 IM. I just think if you're relatively experienced with a rotary tool and have some patience you could probably get it done with good results. Just my

Also keep in mind with the runners you only need to gasket match the intake manifold side. I believe porting the head side is not recommended because of turbulence concerns.

Issues with ported runners but un-ported heads

On another note, I have a question for you Anil: Where did you place your AFR bung on the exhaust? At the jpipe or past it? And you needed PCDs for that reason if I remember correctly, right? I think it was covered somewhere in the MS3 thread but I slogged through that nightmare once and I'm not sure I'll be able to find it again. I'm going with PCDs regardless, but I plan to either weld or make a bracket for a race cat onto my catback and wanted an idea of where to place it

EDIT: If I recall correctly, it was a matter of a cat skewing the AFR reading / exhaust gases after cat potentially burning out the sensor? One of the two (or both?)

If you have pcd then put it on the jpipe after the merge.

That mirror finish is from proper paint correction and polishing. Wax is nothing more than a final protectant - it will look like that without ANY wax.
