yeah the CF hood is on....
I have to say a great word about the seller...first off, he gave me a GREAT DEAL on the hood...and had his Dad deliver the hood to me...I paid him (his Dad) in cash....
when the hood didnt fit, he could have been like "screw you" since the transaction was in cash....but he went back and forth with the vendor and followed up everyday and kept me in the loop....finally he got them to ship out a brand new hood to me which I installed and it fit perfectly....
I doubt I have ever experienced customer service that good....his s/n is skyier4lyfe (something like that) and I would def recommend him....

Saw these wheels in person this weekend... Gotta say, the color, design and the meaty tires look great. They actually look like 19's. First set of wheels I've seen that look larger than they are. I think it's a combo of the black on black and wider tires. It flows so well. Love the new setup bro!

Glad I could get this issue resolved for you Anil. The hood looks great on your TL! Now you just need that hood trim I had sent to you wrapped in real CF, that will complete the front end
Can't wait to see it in person next month! I get to meet a bunch of you guys too.

I am not slammed but functionally low...if I were to lower the car another inch, I will be rubbing...but since am not that low, I am able to run a wider tire on a semi aggressive wheel setup....

I had to finish couple things up:
1> Test out shorter front shafts for ISC
2> Front Camber kit were shot
3> I was guessing the front brake pads were done too (52K miles on them)
4> Oil change
5> Cabin filter change
So I started up with the cabin filter and then lifted the car up

Last time when Chris was here, he was nice enough to give me a set of these blue nuts...I like nuts and more when they are blue and free

Here is what the fronts looked like:
DSC_1727 by Anil Sadhwani, on Flickr
Some pics of the shorter shafts....they can preload the spring better and allow for more drop...in my previous pics my fronts were maxxed out at 24.5" FTG....
DSC_1737 by Anil Sadhwani, on Flickr
DSC_1740 by Anil Sadhwani, on Flickr
got some calculations wrong and ended up at 23.5 FTG....could not get my low profile jack out from under the car hahaha....tucking 255 tires ROFL!!!

After getting everything done, I was in a playful mood so these pics came in...rolling shots FTW !!!!
sorry the car is flithy

I didn't get how you lowered the car more. Just front?
Great shots, great car, great garage. I don't know what else to say
Love the new tires, rims, and blue things

I bought couple of these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-Waterproof-Permanent-Motorcycle-Car-Tyre-Tread-Rubber-Paint-Marker-Pen-/291011669112?var=&hash=item89697f87c9&vti=Color%09White
Thanks meeks...
Well I have adjustable coils, so I can lower the car....the rear has a longggg way to go...but the fronts were MAXED out in the below pic....I could not go lower without messing with the preload....here I am about 24.5 inches FTG (fender to ground)
DSC_1631 by Anil Sadhwani, on Flickr
but with the shorter shafts in the front, I can go another 2-2.5 inches lower (not that I would but some peeps like to run really low and ISC would not be their first choice)...so they came up with shorter shafts and wanted Chris and myself to test them out....now in this pic am 23.5 inches FTG and I can go another inch lower LOL
DSC_1744 by Anil Sadhwani, on Flickr
I will take some more pix later....I raised the front up a little bit and after a very convincing pic from Mr Austin, I decided on 24" FTG
Thank you mah man....I appreciate it

Fantastic updates, Anil!
I love the writing on the tire. Permanent is a commitment though, but glad to know I can do that!
You're a genius with the rolling shot idea, that's awesome.
Chip is gonna be mad to find out he could have just swapped to a shorter body to go lower up front!
Be careful with them aluminum lugs
OH, and another suggestion if you're not getting center caps. Plastidip the hub nut/cover so it isn't as obvious. I did that with the TE on the S.

Thanks Jeremy....the first shot, I took was at night and had a 3 second shutter on that LOL....for the 2nd shot which is during the day, I had to close the garage door and bump up the f-stop to avoid over exposure....was fun trying to learn and figure out how to take a pic that way....
I did mention that to Chip, that they were coming out with a shorter shaft...I think peeps consider that as a hassle, and I agree....when the coils came out, lowering the car more was an issue with these coils...John was testing these out and he got the preload down to adjust the height after there was no more room to do it from the shock body...now because of that, many peeps were having some clunking issues....
Overall I think ISC is a great company to come back with some RND and provide a shorter shaft....It was Chris who reached out to them with the idea of a shorter shaft...
Some center caps are on the way...with my rattle can skills and luck, I am sure some paint will get in the threads of the axle nut and ruin couple things for me...maybe I will photoshop that out LOL...
Thank you Ty...
guess thats my gift for doing your next oil change? LOL
you should buy them and gift em to your favorite buddy
Thanks a lot fellas...

went for a drive yesterday on some nearby winding road...on the way back, spotted an old school...thought will make for good pix....
it was when the sun was almost down and I didnt have my tripod with me and apparently nor did I have my brains...shot at ISO 100 (could have bumped it up to atleast 800)...some pix came a little shakey since I was shooting at a very slow shutter speed....
editted them in lightroom and tweaked exposure for them to atleast look right...anywhere, here are the pix...I ordered something last night and I will be visiting this place in the future for sure
