Ummm if you sell that PC to anyone but me, I will kill you

The PC is more than capable of the type of detailing you (and most importantly, me) are doing. No need to switch to the GG unit.

If you want to "upgrade" save up for the Flex or Rupes. That is on my christmas/birthday list from Babe, she just doesnt know it yet

You guys are NOT funny!

I was able to buy a C7 from my dealership. This car was ordered and the customer backed out. It didn't have just a couple of things I ordered, but all in all, it's a beast!

Beautiful moon pics, Anil.

I wish Meeks....

I have backed off....am gonna wait on rims....

the maintenance items were, brake bleeding with ATE super blue and checking and sanding the rotors surface down....I also checked the pads and made sure everything was fine....

I cant believe these rotors have been on for 100K miles ....

will post pix of 1 of the mods done tomorrow....

100k? Damn
How come? Lightweight? I guess so, you take it easy on them

You don't have a J-pipe right?

^^^ True on NO jpipe....

about the brakes, I do go easy on them and coast before braking but still....these are barely lighter than stockies....the pads are composite and not ceramic, so they dont "eat" up the rotors...hence the rotors have lasted this long....no squeal no squeek....

the front pads lasted 45K and this set is on 50K....I have new set for the fronts which I might switch out in the Spring/Summer....

The rear lasted 80K but since my caliper was seized, I had to get a new set....otherwise they would have lasted an easy 20K more....

now since I weigh less, maybe that has something to do to prolong the life of the brakes since they dont get used "as heavily"....

I was thinking of getting 2 piece rotors but I can justify $650 for front rotors when I get get powerslot again for $350 all around....

I think the rotors have good amount of life in them and I will keep them for a while more....

what pads were you running? I went from Hawk HPS to RB ET500....

the rear I went from HPS to ET500....cant say much yet since the bite hasnt changed....after swapping the fronts I will be able to give a better review

ET500's have been fantastic for me.

SS lines, RB rotors and ET500 pads at all four corners, and Motul RBF was a HUGE improvement in every way over stock.

I remember Marcus saying once in his pit area that both the pads and rotors from RB are much harder materials then most. And that RB stuff should be ran together. He could have just been trying to sell more parts though.

I have zero noise once I properly re-greased everything with the good stuff.

Chad, what RB rotors are you running? 2 piece?

Feji and Jeremy, I had heard a lot of people having issues with the BM rotors...even locally, 3 folks have BM brake kit. I installed it on 2 of the car and 1 was installed at a shop....ALL 3 sets make noise....the squeak and squeal....we honestly do get what you pay for I guess...

Abdul, I havent gotten my rims back yet ....we might move it to either over the weekend OR later in the week....We have a breakfast cruise we go to the last Saturday of every month....will invite you to that even on FB....do try to come

Nope just the regular open slot rotors.

Plus the RBF fluid is what I bought.

I got the ATE racing super blue....

I think I read someone that they banned it because by looking at the color, people thought it was coolant

Also, I have heard that peeps alternate between Super Blue and GOLD so you dont waste much fluid when you are bleeding the system....you can spot the color change and you know when the new fluid is in the system
