The quote of "will that bolt hold the car if its suspended" in reference to the force of an accident really has me cautious of what to do mounting wise for aftermarket seats, belts etc..
Not downplaying your hardwork swoosh, props for that. Just a little safety concern lol

I need to...
Last go around, I did it at 165,3xx...so am just waiting for a rest day from the gym :wokrout:
all of a sudden I had this emotion when the car hit 170K miles...its amazing...cant. put. it. in. words.
Ohh not at all...I totally agree with what Morgan said and what you mean....
the only point being, if not of the metal extension, the bracket hit the B pillar at an angle....so either you car cross threading of you are not putting the bar in right....
I am very very sure the bar will hold up just fine...but I will/might talk to couple folks around here and get if properly done
Thats all it took for you to get over me?
yup...me neither....but, what are we waiting for?

Thanks for the pics, it's nice when people take the time to explain something out for fellow forum members.
I kinda had the same thoughts, I would've never thought about something like this till I read The diet thread.

Whats up with RDX owners?

This thread is dumb. The title makes it seem that the car is already done, but its just a progress thread. Thats false advertising and I am buttdisappointed.

well things surely have slowed down a lot....if it were my way, the engine would have been built by now....
I need to get Steven in here and have him change the title from "built" to "build" since I did expect the thread to move a lot quicker but some developments have been slowing me down

Eric...funny enough, I just made a list of items which I need to take care off....
on the performance side, I have heads getting ported and polished (I decided to go with the J32A3 heads as compared to J32A2....Andy scared me )....I have a PCV bypass with an oil catch can coming in as well....
While installing those will install the RDX injectors and MegaSquirt3 ECU....
On the inside, my mount for the phone is almost ready...that will be my nav/radio/torque pro control....then I am trying to find a mounting place for the Innovative LM1....but no matter what place I choose it gets declined by the wifey, Matt and babe
Finally gotta detail her, I go aggressive on the pads and polish once a year and that time is usually spring....other times, I restrict myself to black/while/blue pads....now its time for Orange and Green pads
now, when are you coming down to help me out?

here they are....
Last Saturday of every month, we guys go for a breakfast cruise....we pick a location to eat/meet and caravan....My car was pretty clean but it just had a layer of dust on it which I wanted to take off....Friday evening was busy for me so I wasnt able to wash it...Woke up at 6AM on Saturday to clean the car....
I thought of using the Optimum No Rinse but I have never liked that solution to clean cars....while just reading on couple no wash rinses, I thought I would make my own....
I added 1.5oz of ONR (good for 2 washes), 3.5oz of Griots Speed Wax (its a spray), 20oz of tap water....
Process was simple enough so am not going to list it here but here was the result
@ATT getting the wifey the Galaxy S4...Apple=Apple-1, Samsung= Samsung +1, Android = Android + 1
@Work
peek-a-bo
i went a little crazy on these 2....well lets just say they are for Tyler
I will be getting tires installed this Thursday/Friday and then repainting the rims....am thinking of sticking with Gloss black but Teal/Gunmetal/Mag Blue are definitely making this a tough choice for me....

What are you guys talking about, I am lost
Side CF looks good dude
Looks like you are racing with J. on cleaning the car
It's still raining here :bore:
Well...my car never tasted wax/polish/clay anyway I am serious
You had springs? I though you had coils
Stockies needs to be painted......................
You need inspires and you have to do whatever you did to your headlights to them
Why no HTC I don't like Samsung nor Apple
Wooow I use so much smiley

at springs....I am slammed upfront (on coils) but the spring rate and weight of the car wont let me go any lower without messing with my preload setting....
and no inspires for me....I had the opportunity when a local member wanted fogs....I could have sold him my full setup and done inspires but I decided against them and wanna stand by my decision
yup stockies will be repainted....
I love Samsung ....they work seamlessly with my future TV
