Replacing motor mounts

Hey guys so I will be replacing all my motor & tranny mounts in my 04 Base TL this weekend and I was told the subframe will be dropped out to make it easier , what's any good upgrade or things I should replace while doing this process? I was told I can add a lower front sway bar but if there is anything else that would be a good upgrade just lmk thanx BTW I'm replacing them with xlr8 mounts if that helps but the car is lowered on Tein SS.

If the subframe is out it'll be A LOT easier to install the rear PCD or HFPC if you have them.

also a good time to replace your base front sway bar for the Type S front sway bar.

lol sounds like we're about to mod your car for you.
the type-s sway bar is a GREAT upgrade if you have the subframe off.

you do NOT have to drop the subframe to change out motor and transmission mounts. yes, it would be easier to access the mounts but dropping the subframe would be way more work than it is to access the mounts without dropping the subframe. not to mention you would need an alignment afterwards. Even the service manual doesnt call for dropping the subframe for doing motor and transmission mounts

Dropping the subframe just to change mounts is WAY extreme. Lots of other stuff to remove to do that.......

I did all with just jack stands and a floor jack on both my Pilot and TL.

I'm confused. Are you doing the work or are you paying a shop/dealer to do it? Because the sub frame does not need to be dropped. If you're paying someone to do the job, they may be just trying to get extra money out of you.
