i got the rv6 pre cat deletes with the atlp high flowing cat in the middle...dont know if i would pass emissions i also have florida tags.....just as long as you leave the front two stock cats in you will be fine...the atlp high flow cat has tabs for the stock heat shield so it looks stock from underneath the car..

high flow cats are legal. Removing the mid one really wouldnt become a problem( put back on heat sheild if necessary. Removing the front two will create a louder sound and you will not pass emissions but are less money and more hp then the procats.

There is no O2 sensor on the third cat so you may get awa with it. Just keep the head sheild on and youll be fine.

^^ no they are saying that since the third cat is not monitored by a sensor it will not throw any codes so more than likely you will be able to get away with it unless they do a thorough visual inspection...............but on the other hand it is illegal to remove any smog related devices so it is technically illegal by the letter of the law.

I run pro-cats and like them alot. Some people had their substrate break down but mine have been great.

Would it be a problem if the pro-cats inner material is not connected to the inter walls? Would these make my comptech exhaust loud? Should I just go with type s pre-cats?

No, don't waste your $$$ on the type-s cats, as long as the substraight is not impeding exhaust flow thru the cats you are ok. If they fail just take out the substraight and run them like deletes.

Comptech exhaust are loud, put a hi flow 3rd cat on it to quiet it down.
