Intake manifold spacer from an RDX? increases low end torque from what I have been reading and it can be done for under 100.00

I am still researching that though.

J-pipe, intake, pulley (underdrive) lightened not smaller cat back

Most importantly is to make sure your car is in 100% maintenance conditions with spark plugs, fluids, sensors, filters etc.

get the RV6 j-pipe. largest gains next to pre cat deletes.

or you can spring for the JnR ECU if you have the $$. it comes with a base tune good for 10-15 ft lbs of torque throughout the powerband (through the whole rpm range)

I agree with the intake manifold spacer. Made a big low end difference.

The spacer actually kills low end but if you port an polish the runners and apply that to other bolt on modifications like the j pipe it's supposed to be a huge difference through out the whole power band especially if you have full bolt ons.

IMHO you should get the j pipe(450) and port and polish your runners(fre if you have a dremel). It'll be a big difference. You should read gerzands port an polished IM thread because he went to that after the spacer because he foundhe spacer was robbing low end torque

Are you talking about the throttle body spacer? Because I am not. The spacer between the lower intake runners and the plenum. It makes a difference.

I lied I read the post all wrong the IM spacer does yield good low end to mid range gains but when applied with the port and polished runners it kills he top end gains however the port an polished runners give a gain throughout the whole power band and gives large gains when applied to supporting mods however so far as much as I know the PnP is more beneficial. So yes you were right 9632tl but he factors still remain which one is more beneficial.

So idk in my opinion the PnP looks real promising an is supposed to work reall well won bolt ons and the IM spacer seems to work really well too but mainly for lowend and some mid gains and idk how well it works with other bolt ons. I was actually going to do the spacer until I found the PnP thread.
