It's really very straightforward if you just follow the instructions that come with it. Nothing fancy at all. People say you don't need to drain the radiator fluid, as long as you're careful with the coolant tubes when you play around with them. I did drain the radiator and didn't get a single drip when I was doing the install. Good luck and enjoy, it's great!

hehe, I've done all the work on my car myself, so I know it pretty well now.

Because of an interesting short-shifter thread in the parts&performance forum, I'm doing that next week too!

I recommend doing it yourself. You save yourself money and you get more familiar with your car. I'd only did my own oil when I first starting modding. Now I can do intakes, pulleys, headers, exhausts, springs/coilovers and brakes. Going to do the headgasket in my beater when the weather warms up.

I hadn't done anything to a car before now, either...it's a great way to learn. It'll take you longer than someone who's done it before, but that's no big deal...it's part of the learning process. That, and it's fun. Maybe one of these days I'll break down and start doing my own oil changes...
