Well, thats not a lot to spend...you could start with thinking about a header, best mod for ur buck, but that will cost a lil more than $300, DC Sports makes the 2nd best header in my opinion, unless you want to spend a Grand to get Comptech ( aka CT Engineering ) headers like im doing ... DC Sports will run u about $350 give or take, then you have to have them installed...other that that, you can get a Cold Air Intake and even get some simple mods like interior lights that is a DIY project, bulbs only cost like $25 or less for all 5...or even get a new mod from this vendor on the site who will give you a custom back emblem that lights up ( www.ampdemblems.com ) those are some descent mods for the price range you are looking, others feel free to add some others that may help ...

Well, not performance, but you need to tint your windows.
If you are at all skillful with shop stuff, make your own CAI.
Otherwise you can probably get a shop to put on an exhaust for you, although that will probably be closer to 500.

300 can get you a Cold air intake but that's a bad price/hp product. you can get some used exhaust stuff for 300. the Acura Tl has a bad price to power ratio, i'd stick with making the car look better than spending money on mods that give you less than 20hp. Now, Turbo or supercharger is a different story....

First u gotta figure out what u rather have done. Cosmetics, performance, ETC.. Then we can pick out the best mod for you.

To the OP. Do what you want to do because 300$ is not a lot. It starts at one thing then goes and goes and goes. I would get a front lip. First thing I did, and its 265 shipped. I would save your money if 300$ is a lot, because the mod bug will never end.

Since our "headers" are cast into the block, it's different than the 2G. We do have the "Pre-Cat" deletes, which replace the Cats that are right off the block with pipe. Good HP gain, but comes with "baggage" - i.e. removing pollution controls, which requires some consideration before making the leap.
OP, first mod = Tint.
