Power Gains from - AEM CAI + Comptech Exhaust

I am thinking about doing the AEM CAI, XLR8 J Pipe and Comptech Exhaust to my 04 TL. I am currently running a Stage 3 Setup on the exhaust and am wondering 2 things!

1. What will the sound differnece be? I like the way it sounds now so im hoping it will be close!

2. How much noticable differnce do you "feel" in the car with these Mods? I see the Dyno numbers and they seem impressive but how much differnce does it really make??

Thanks,

Yukoncole

You will feel a better pull every time you give gas. The Comptech catback is quiet so it won't be as loud as your Stage 3 setup. The AEM CAI will add a sucking noise when you floor your gas-pedal, obviously that is the filter sucking in air from underneath your engine. The J-Pipe I got an ATLP and didn't notice much (this was before I put in my catback)

my list of mods in order
CAI (noticable difference)
J-Pipe (not much)
Catback (noticable difference)

we are talking about at most 30 whp or so, give or take for every car is different. But definitely a worth while modification

D-MacTL - ?? Is there another exhaust system you are aware of to get the same tone out of the exhaust as the Stage 3 Set-up? Thanks for you info and knowledge!!

Go on youtube and listen to to the atlp quads on a tl. I think they might sound like what you're looking for.
