I got my AEM CAI already..

just a few concern...

1) does the whole filter have to be submerged for hydrolock to occur.
2) can i still go to those car wash at gas station?
3) i know AEM has a bypass valve available. dun flame me.. but is it good idea to install?

I go through car washes all the time, yes fully submerged, and I didn't get the bypass valve because I don't plan to get the water level ever that high on my TL.

 

do you have the part number of the bypass valve for the AEM CAI.

I had it on the desk and cant find it now. at aempower.com, you can find the valves. they are sized by your pipe size
