To: People with intakes
Did the dealer give you any hassles when you took your car in for servicing? On my past cars, I always took the intake off. But since installing and removing the intake on the TL isn't easy, I'd rather not do it each time I take the car to the dealer.

No its not a big deal if you are taking your car in for routine maintenance with an aftermarket intake.
Just be aware that if you show up later with a hydrolocked motor they will probably have noted in your service history that you do have an aftermarket intake system-but that is a very rare situation and would most likely never come up if you are careful.
Many people that have TL's with Injen, AEM intakes get their car serviced at our dealership with no issues.
