We have dozens of P2R throttle body spacers and thermal gaskets for the 04-08 TL(ALL) that we want to clear out. We are overstocked and we need to make room for new inventory. Only $89 for a P2R Throttle Body Spacer and two P2R thermal Throttle Body gaskets.
Reduce intake air temps, dress up the engine bay, add a few hp and torque.

For those sitting on the fence wondering if this is difficult to install, it's not; here's my install and I'd never done anything like this before: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-performance-parts-modifications-112/another-p2r-tb-spacer-install-807329/

Oh also I saw on your site a different package for $140 that includes all of the above, plus an intake manifold gasket. What are the advantages to this versus OEM?

You'll need to trim a little off the end of the CAI to get the TSB to fit. It's been done by others who have posted on AZine. Search should turn something up.

+1 Xlr8, since you sell both the throttle body spacer and the V2, can you chime in as to whether the TL will accomodate both? If so, I'd buy it in a second.

That package includes the intake manifold gasket which also helps reduce intake air temps. But you are better off buying the package in this thread and then the IMG separately, since it will be cheaper with this promotional price we're offering. The part # for the IMG is P145.

You are the man, sir. Thank you and expect a sale shortly. I was thinking about how the deal on the TB package was $89 plus the $35 for the IM one. But then the package was $140...
NOW, it's $125...which is awesome. Also...the shipping changed from $25 down to $14. The 14, to me, seems reasonable. So I'll be placing an order. Thanks again, XLR8.

Great product overall, very easy to install.
It only took me 30 minutes to install and thats with cleaning the TB, I highly recommend cleaning the TB while installing the P2R spacer.
I felt some gains in torque immediately but that must be due to the fact that the TB was dirty.

Good to know, thanks man.
I actually ordered the whole kit so I'm assuming the throttle body spacer will be the easy part since I can technically install that while the whole intake is off the top. I'll clean the throttle body and teh EGR port for sure.

Hey Dan, you planning to stack them? I wonder if the stock bolts have enough thread to accomodate that!?
The link he provided and the pricing he changed to are:
$125 plus $14 for shipping for
2 TB gaskets and 1 spacer and the bolts
and the Intake Manifold thermal gasket!
I will post up my impressions after. There were some dyno results shown somewhere when I researched...they said something like 6hp for an 07 Si and a 6 speed TL got like 9 HP. In additon to that...and more importantly...they ran consecutive runs on the dyno NOT allowing the car to cool off and without these gaskets, there was a LOSS of HP on pull 2 and 3 and almost no loss with the gasket. Makes sense...ever feel like you have a NICE pull when you take off and when you go to duplicate or take off again immediately after, it feels a little lackluster? I'm guess it's from the heat.

Negative. You need an M8x105, IIRC. I am going the hood cutting/FSB shimming/MDX spacer route, DIY to follow...but I need 2, not 1 IM spacer for this. I'm hoping the second one can be lumped in to the ROCKSTAR SPECIAL

We like rockstar specials.
Contact him, or the excellerate rep on here...she/he responds really quickly and may be able to throw you a bone, so to speak.
I get you...one on bottom one on top of the MDX spacer.
I looked up a CL DIY on that recently...checking out the cutting of hood, and need for the lift of the rear of the hood I decided that extreme form of this mod is NOT for me.
Of course, I'd love to see your application of it though.

I only bought the IM and TB thermal gaskets so far. Contemplating the TB spacer still. I havent opened either gasket so far, but I had toyed with the idea of stacking two IM gaskets, instead of MDX spacer and cutting the hood support or similar. Something just makes me think its not going to seal up right, or even though they are the same piece, that it wont be a smooth transition between them. Slight imperfections, and depending on how much they move based on how accurate the bolt/stud openings are to the diameter of the bolt/stud. I am very anal with my cars lol

Here you guys go...copied from my progress thread, but figured I'd share. If you don't bother with cleaning the EGR port and the intake (although you SHOULD)...this install would take a whopping 45 minutes, tops...
Well, I guess it helps that I have a makita impact hammer...
Ok...so had convinced myself that I wasn't going to bother with this mod, but recently realized A) it didn't cost that much B) after the cowl cooling mod, it was probably a good idea.
After install, I can say that I DO get the impression there's a little something there...not jpipe extra...but a little something...magic shell on my blue bell ice cream maybe!? That said, my final description would that it feels much smoother...and definitely feels much more consistent, even for every day driving. Intake was cool enough to leave my hand on, as mentioned by others. Worth it, to me. Here are a few pics...
PS...while I had the intake off, I figured I'd go ahead and clean everything with deep creep seafoam...throttle body, the EGR port and the intake itself...wire brush, some deep creep...then sprayed out with water hose and blew dry with my leave blower.
off the car, much easier than you'd think...about 3 hoses with clamps...and about 4 plugs, loosen and remove the intake tube clamp, and 3 bolts holding things onto the intake that must be removed. Hardest part of this was putting the intake back on WITH the throttle body already mounted on since you have to seriously squeeze to make her fit.
EGR port (I think and hope) from the bottom
to access the other side, you need to unto those 2 10MM bolts and pull up the little air channel for the port...it's dirty stuff.
and here is the gasket on, you put it ON the original black metal gasket...the throttle body though, you remove the cardboard gask
and here, post op recovery...picked a TB spacer that matched my theme...black...
