I recommend the AEM CAI and the UR pulley. These two mods will fit within your budget. To learn more, do a search on the forum for

1) AEM CAI

and then another search seperatley for

2) UR pulley

 

might as well kick out the extra cash and get the pro cats. those would probably give you the best gains
