Mugen Thermostat, Cooling Fan Thermoswitch, & Radiator Cap

Does anyone have any experience with these? I got the links from Marcus from Heeltoe, who ensured me that these will work in our cars. I just wanted to hear from those who actually have be using these, or other opinions.
Before anyone asks, I did do a search. I found several threads, but alot of negative feedbacks. One in particular was from Hondata saying that it's bad to lower the cooling temps in our cars.
I appreciate any help if possible.

Sorry guy, I was looking into these too but decided against them, since these cooling techniques are recommended for the competition use only, not the street driving where it won't do any good but instead might harm the engine in the long run. I even heard claims of much lower fuel economy as the result of the these installed, but that's nothing in comparison to the potential engine damage.

I would only recommend the Mugen cooling mod if you're FI. I don't think there's much benefit NA.

I saw poor gas mileage with my Mugen cooling mods especially during winter. Basically the ECU sees that the car isn't at normal operating temperature and dumps more fuel into car.

I think the Mugen radiator cap is worthless even if you're running the thermostat and fan switch. The higher pressure radiator cap just increases the pressure in your cooling system to raise the boiling point of your fluid. With a properly maintained cooling system, you should never see those temps anyways. I bought a mugen radiator cap but never used it. I decided that I didn't want to increase the pressure in the cooling system - why add the pressure/stress if not needed.

Could be. I've thrown a few codes during the winter due to the motor not warming up in time to satisfy the ECU.
