Are the metal IM gaskets reusable?

I'm replacing my runners with a pair that I have ported and polished. Anyone know if I should replace the lower gaskets? They are metal so I am unsure if I am able to reuse them. I am replacing the gasket between the lowers and upper with P2R thermal gasket. There is also another metal gasket between the upper IM and the IM cover, am I able to reuse this one? There was a really nice DIY on here but it does not mention replacing these gaskets with new ones. Anyone with experience, please advise

Here is the DIY I was referencing:

Its better to replace them just in case they are really messed up. They are crushed gaskets. So sometimes they don't crush back property and leak. I didn't replace mine last time and they turned out okay. But I am really considering replacing them this time around.

I've never had a problem on the 10+ j-swaps I've done. As long as you don't put a sharp bend in them and torque properly should be be fine. However they do say to replace them in the manual.

+1 I've always reused them if they were in good condition as stated above (no bends, etc.)...

also have dealt with Richie v6 (using his products on my car now)and he is an excellent guy and great vender here also.

OP, if unsure you could replace them and hope the install goes smoothly...let us know what you think on these mods as well

Thanks for the input fellas. I'm going to replace all the gaskets just to be safe. Do you think I should also replace the o-rings on the bottom of the injectors too? I was thinking it might be a good idea since I will be placing them in my new ported runners. I will post feedback after installing the runners and the p2r gaskets. Right now I'm gathering data points on how hot the IM gets using my IR thermometer.

When I have ran the 1/8 mile, my times got slower by almost .1 sec every time so I am assuming this has to do with the IM getting heat soaked. Hopefully the thermal gaskets help me become more consistent.

yes replace the o-ring on the injectors. They do suffer from wear and tear.
