Which Magnaflow parts to get to get CT Exhaust sound

Hey guys, I have been reading about the different exhaust options out there and I love the CT Exhaust but since its a little expensive right now ($1000 bucks). I found that there is a cheaper alternative with Magnaflow I was wondering which Magnaflow mufflers, etc I would need to get that same CompTech exhaust sound.

Get Apexi WS2 like 550$ i think, nice sound also. Also it is a complete cat back system, with magnaflow you gotta buy muffler,b-pipe,y-pipe,etc...and then have someone put it all together for you.You may even have to wield bigger tips on the magna flow to get a big can look

you can just buy the magnaflow mufflers and weld them onto your stock exhaust. saves a lot of time and money. get the dimensions of the ct mufflers and then find a similiar size magnaflow. the sound wont be exact but you can play around with it a little bit by using different size resonators, etc.

I have been looking around to see about the apexi exhaust but there is no model available for the 3rd Gen TL.... Does anyone know the sizes that the Comptech Exhaust uses so I can match them up and get identical on the Magnaflow?

^-i would go with the 5x8 if it fits. i cant remember the specs of the other systems that have been built but 5x8 is a good size muffler, 5x11 probably wont fit at all....and comptech lost the resonator but kept the mid muffler...i would do a 6" round and the 5x8's and see what that sounds like.

You can only get the comptech sound with a comptech exhaust. Magnaflow sounds different......still dang good....but different. Its a personal pref thing! I say just go for it!
