Kinda looking to spend some dough

I have around 400 dollars. Im wondering if I should save the money and use it toward eventually purchasing rims and tein ss or if I should buy one of the atlp v2 j pipes seeing as how there seems to be limited production.

Any input appreciated. Oh and btw this money is going into my car no matter.

My vote is for the J-Pipe without a doubt. You'll get more HP & TQ than adding the CAI.
