J-pipe

Does J-pipe make exhaust sound louder?
if yes how much? will it make any drone with stage3??

Im about to purchase it in an hour and need this info~ thanks~

Nope, really doesn't change sound at all. no added drone, Get it!

seller is comming to my house to drop used jpipe off pretty soon. Im excited but theres no muffler shop that opens this late night plus no shop opens on sunday so... I gotta wait ><

You went from Greddy to Comptech to Magnaflow muffs to stock with stage 3 to now ad a j-pipe. You'll never be happy withe the sound you will get..................

nah im doing stage 3 and will be done with moding. if too loud i might change it to stage 2. cant handle any aftermarket exhaust drone.

Sounds like you can speak to a few different systems and their results on the same vehicle. Do you mind sharing with us your reasoning for abandoning the Comptech catback? My guess is you went from one end of the spectrum (Greddy) to the other (Comptech) and then settled for something midpoint?

when i did the atlp jpipe it reduced my drone because the air flow is better. better flow = less resonance
