Intake decision dilemna

I'm thinking of getting either AEM CAI or Weapon-R short ram. I know the CAI makes more sense, but I'm afraid if something goes wrong with the car the dealer will blame it on the CAI, whereas with Weapon R I can easily swap back the stok airbox, you don't even have to remove it all, you the top part.
What do you think?

I ordered the black finish Injen, so it would not be too eye-catching. That was my solution.

AEM! i love mine.

if something goes wrong, they have to prove that the CAI was the cause... some dealerships even install 'em for you.
