injen hydroshield ... anyone using it?

while deciding on which cai to purchase, i came across the injen hydroshield. for those that dont know, its a water repellent cover that covers the actual filter for cai systems. however, its not water proof. before i purchase an intake, i wanted to see if any acurazine members here are using it? all comments/opinions/advice welcome.

AEM CAI Dryflow filter uses water repellant material and intake tube itself is shorter therefore futher from the bumper, so if you are very concerned about hydrolocking your engine AEM seems to offer a little better protection by design. Injen with it's filter shield seem to offer the same protection but then you have to buy that as an extra which is about $25 I believe. No CAI filter could be waterproof cause then it will be airproof too and you don't want that.

thanks guys! that's why i love this forum, i get such accurate and QUICK responses !!! i had NO IDEA the aem was shorter (further from the ground by design) . that makes my decision easy. AEM IT IS! i guess the hydroshield will keep my filter slightly cleaner tho...

when i purchase the aem cai, does it come "with" the dry filter? or do i have to order that separately?
