Smile I'm Feeling Gasy

I know people who have put over 100,000 miles on premium recommended cars but use regular. I've seen people that have had bad experiences when using regular.

Whats your takes on Regular, Plus or Premium?

Our car has an engine compression ratio of 11:1.
this is very high. it needs high octane or it will pre-detonate and cause knock. The ECU will sense this and retard the timing, thus you will get low performance and low fuel economy.

Please, for the sake of your car, 91 or better.
thank you.

Go for premium. As justn said, it's much better for our cars. Regular will just result in loss of power & gas mileage, which doesn't do penny pinchers any good.
