Well since i have only made about 25 passes down the track this year i decided to return with the tl to see what it can do before i get the reflash and install a set of magnaflow spun convertors on a set of bad procats that i have with a custom j pipe. Best time of the night 2.16 60 ft 8.845 @ 82.50 1/8 and 13.50 @ 103.47 1/4 at 3690 lb race weight. Drove her down the track as i drove her there. 40 psi in the tires and a bag o ice on the s/c before the runs. Dont have any dyno numbers (e.t. and mph are the best indicators of hp) but it would put down 305 right now. Hopeing to see some good gains with the reflash, convertors and j pipe. Sorry no vids of the tl i bring the camera out for the race car. Much more fun to see bumpers dragging and 9.10 ets @ 152 mph LOL.

The closest track from where i live is about 1.5 hours. But the owner of Lowe's Motor Speedway is about to build a dragstrip once the residents of the area circum to his proposal. (they're being chicken shits right now) So once he builds it the track will be about 4 miles down the road so i'll end up there every other weekend or so. I've got hondata AND a dragstrip in the near future...i'm way too excited haha.

LOL i never left. 6MT decided to keep the s/c a while ago. Just been detailing the car every two weeks to keep her shiny.
Accuratein your starting to sound like paul (againstallodds1) the track was only 10 miles from his house he was there at least once a week.

I've been following this with much anticipation, as well. First they force Shuffletown to close, and now they won't let them build a strip at a racing complex! And then they wonder why kids are running around racing on 485...
