hollow out stock muffler?

hollow out stock muffler?

By any chance, have anyone try to hollow out thier stock mufflers with a stage 3 exhuast setup? picture and video. please and thank you.

You should do it. The factory resonator and mid muffler should keep things relatively quiet. If not, at least you tried!

Better yet, just cut them off. If its too loud, the mufflers can always be welded back on.

True but dont want to waste money on something like this.

or has anyone took off thier driver side muffler since its bolts on with a stage 3 step up.

just want to know how loud it will be and if it would sound good or bad.

Sorry, dont have the right tools to do this. i would if i have the tools.

It would be very hard. A few years ago I took the top off a stock muffler and posted pics. I'll try to find them. There was a lot of shit to get rid of.
