These links here are pretty much all you'll need to know. One is a DIY video to removing the bumper, which you have to do, and installing the intake. Its not that hard of a project. Good luck.

I installed the AEM without removing the bumper.

I'm 8 hours away too .. Ahem.... Calgary is a bunch more than 8 hours away.

Oh lol, I drove to Kelowna last summer in about 7... didnt think it was much more than that. Googles saying it would take 11. Yikes!!

Do the install yourself, its quick and easy with all the tutorials. I did it with the instructions that came in the box!

I had my AEM CAI installed at Advance Motorsport in Coquitlam for $50 cash. Maybe you can try them if you don't want to go thru the hassle DIY.
